Meeting with Conservative MPs

Last week representatives from EEF West Midlands and their member companies met with the region’s Conservative MPs at the House of Commons.

In the hour and a half meeting they discussed a range of topics affecting businesses in the region, including announcements in the Pre Budget Report, EEF’s business trends survey, energy and the environment, and education and skills issues.

Meetings between EEF West Midlands and the region’s Conservative and Labour MPs are held annually. A meeting with Labour MPs has been scheduled for the New Year.
