EEF Technology Centre to train and assess their four key personnel in specialist machine setting, quality and inspection techniques and revisited health and safety current requirements,
Has the training made a difference? Mat Stanfield (Operations Manager) said ‘There has been a significant improvement in team working and motivation. The team thought it was worthwhile; the trainer/assessor appointed by the EEF Technology Centre made the learning enjoyable, interesting, company focussed and worthwhile, ‘learning by doing, has helped me with my general daily work and has made me realise that learning something new can be fun’.
