Management and Professional Engineers' Pay Survey 2008-9

EEF Management and Professional Engineers’ Pay Survey has been in operation for six years and consistently produces high-quality benchmarking pay data.

The 2008 survey was responded to by 516 companies, covering salary data for 12,431 managers and engineers in the industry.

The report is split into two main sections. The first section provides an analysis of all jobs across the whole of the United Kingdom. The second section provides a similarly detailed analysis of each job but by individual region, of which there are eight.

EEF’s database of Management and Professional Engineers’ pay has developed into one of the most comprehensive sources of pay data for this group of employees in the industry. Unfortunately, we are unable to publish every variant of the analysis which is possible in this one report.
