Developing successful leaders in Wales

Training grants for Welsh businesses to help develop managers and leaders.

EEF has helped businesses in Wales identify and deliver solutions to their management development problems for years by getting to know the organisations and working closely with them.

EEF Cymru Wales, in partnership with Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru's (Welsh Assembly Government's) Skills, People, Success programme are able to offer training grants to all companies in Wales to help them develop their managers.

The full cost up to £175 per delegate per day can be funded as follows:

SMEs: A grant of 70% towards the full cost of any of our Leadership & Management Development training courses

Non-SMEs: A grant of 50% towards the full costs of any of our Leadership& Management Development training courses

The grants are available for Leadership & Management Training courses selected from EEF's range of open courses, or for in-company training programmes run specifically for your company at your premises.

Please note that the VAT element charged is based on the full course fee and not the discounted rate.
