New High Growth Business Support Programme in Birmingham

Birmingham City Council is funding the new High Growth Business Support Programme (following the Enterprise City Pilot) until June 2009. This is a fully funded programme designed for high growth businesses based in the Birmingham area we could benefit from bespoke coaching and mentoring over a 12 month period.

The majority of the coaching and mentoring will be delivered through the Academy of Chief Executives and will focus on the continuous personal development of entrepreneurs or business management teams. Support will be tailored to allow for the differing requirements of participants receiving support based on their needs, circumstances and stage of growth.

The programme targets high growth businesses using a set of minimum requirements that high growth businesses need to meet, for eligibility. Your business must have been trading for at least 6 months and has an annual turnover of over £50,000.

There will be two "showcase" events held at Deloitte's offices in Brindley Place on 26th March and 29th April 2008. The event is designed to present the benefits of the programme.
