Having been advised by their Occupational Health Advisor to carry out a stress risk assessment on an employee returning to night shift, Turbine Blading’s own research turned up a lot of information on stress in general, but not the stress risk assessment which they required.

A call to us meant we were able to put together a solution for the HR Manager straight away. This included a guide to handling stress at work, a stress policy and a stress risk questionnaire.
