DWP Pensions Reform Website

The DWP has launched an online Pensions Forum about the recommendations in the Government’s White Paper on pensions reform.

James Purnell MP, the Minister of State for Pensions Reform, has recently announced that the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has established a new online Pensions Forum about the Government’s White Paper on pensions reform, “Security in retirement: towards a new pensions system”.

This new Pensions Forum can be accessed at www.dwp.gov.uk/pensionsreform/forum and, according to the Minister, provides an opportunity that goes beyond a formal consultation and will “enable easier access to information on our proposals and the opportunity to participate in online debates around key issues of concern” including creating personal accounts and continue to tackle pensioner poverty.
