Employing illegal migrant workers: new penalties for breach

Section 8 of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996 will be repealed by section 26 of the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 when it comes into force on 29 February 2008. The new Act increases the penalties for breach. Click here.
