New briefing from the TUC on Train to Gain

The TUC has publised a briefing on the new Train to Gain programme, designed to encourage employers and employees to take up training opportunities in the workplace.

The new National Employer Training Programme, named Train to Gain, will build on the existing Employer Training Pilots which cover about a third of England.
