EEF is committed to helping its members get the best from their employees. Whether through continuing professional development, upskilling and reskilling initiatives, apprenticeships, or utilising any of the host of training and support organisations which exist, EEF recognises the value of workforce potential.

Every EEF Association has an expert education and skills advisor who can give you advice on developing your staff and improving your training performance. They will help you negotiate qualifications and frameworks, and provide links with other organisations.
