Statutory Payments and Limits on Compensation

The following table is a summary of statutory payments and the maximum limits on awards of compensation for infringement of most statutory employment rights. 

These compensation limits have been published in the Employment Rights (Increase of Limits) Order 2005, SI 2004/2989.

The current limits are effective from February 2008.
