The Redundancy Ready Reckoner can be downloaded in Microsoft Word format.

To use the table, read off the employees' age and number of complete years' service. The table will then show how many weeks' pay each employee is entitled to.

The maximum week's pay used to calculate a payment is £330 for the year starting 1 February 2008.
