Understand the role of risk assessment and how to go about conducting assessments in the workplace
Undertake accident investigation, including identifying "root" causes.
Conduct workplace inspections in order to ensure a safe and healthy working environment

Managers and Supervisors, Team Leaders or anyone with responsibilities for employees or a team.
