This course will give a clear understanding of the legal principles and responsibilities placed on companies and employees Managers faced with the issue of stress sometimes don’t know where to turn. This course examines the issues associated with stress, including looking at what stress looks like, practical tips on how to deal with stressed employees. It also looks at what measures a company can put in place to create a stress-free environment.
