Accident Investigation Workshop

Course Overview

Thorough accident investigation is necessary to help prevent accidents from recurring and to demonstrate to enforcement authorities and other stakeholders that appropriate remedial action is or has been taken.

This 1 day workshop will enable delegates to identify the root causes of accidents and make quality recommendations aimed at preventing a recurrence. It also explores interviewing techniques and reporting requirements.
