Course Overview

A new course looking at the issues faced by any organisation in the event of a visit from the HSE.

This one day programme will include:-

  • Liaising with the HSE Inspector
  • The powers of inspectors
  • Types of notices (with examples)
  • Grounds for appeal against notices
  • The role of employment tribunals in hearing appeals

Also to be covered will be wording of the accident investigation report to avoid admitting criminal liability while still telling the truth.
