A new course looking at the issues faced by any organisation in the event of a visit from the HSE.

This one day programme will include:-

Liaising with the HSE Inspector
The powers of inspectors
Types of notices (with examples)
Grounds for appeal against notices
The role of employment tribunals in hearing appeals

Also to be covered will be wording of the accident investigation report to avoid admitting criminal liability while still telling the truth.
