Employment Tribunals claims are now a fact of life for many companies, large and small. The chances of any employer encountering them are considerable.

Course Overview

For many people, the preparation of materials for Tribunal is daunting and the prospect of giving evidence and being crossexamined is very intimidating. All HR practitioners and line managers will benefit from enhancing their understanding of Tribunal preparation and procedure as well as the skills required to effectively present themselves when giving evidence.

This highly participative half day course will give delegates the opportunity to experience giving evidence for the first time in a safe and supportive learning environment. Written by Chris Harries, Barrister who has 15 years experience of Employment Tribunal litigation, this will prepare potential witnesses or anyone likely to be involved in Tribunal hearings for the experience of managing a claim from beginning to end.
