Projects and Assignments

An important and integral part of the programme is the successful completion of a work-based project and assignments. This gives an opportunity for course participants to demonstrate the application of a number of skills and approaches.

A carefully selected project also gives an opportunity for the delegates to repay their organisations for their support and sponsorship. Tutorial support to participants will be offered throughout the project period.

Successful completion leads to the award of the prestigious Certificate in Personnel Practice, an internationally recognised qualification accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Gaining the certificate entitles the holder to Associate Membership of the CIPD.
