Stress Awareness

This workshop is designed to reduce stress-related sickness absence by de-stigmatising stress, encouraging employees to raise work or personal stress problems that are or could negatively affect their performance.

By dealing with potential problems at an early stage, the employer has the opportunity to make any necessary adjustments or provide support before work problems develop.
