A Review of the Age Discrimination Regulations

The Employment Equality (Age) Regulations were introduced on 1st October 2006. They introduced protection for people of all ages against less favourable treatment on the grounds of age. In this course the law of age discrimination will be revisited, experiences in working with the law will be shared and developments since its introduction in October 2006 will be covered.
