Conducting Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures

The statutory procedures for handling discipline, dismissals and grievances are complex. Failing to follow the dismissal procedure correctly could lead to an employee's dismissal being automatically unfair and the compensation being increased by 50% (the maximum compensation for unfair dismissal is £60,600). This is a practical seminar which will explain the procedures and illustrate how they operate.
