Course Overview

So now you have mastered the basics, this course allows you to expand your knowledge of Microsoft Outlook 2003 to include more advanced functions of mail,calendar and contact management.  It builds on the skills learnt in the introductory course to help you develop a core set of folder and item management skills to get the most out of your Outlook folders.

You will receive a course manual, handouts, tip sheets and an attendance certificate on the day.

Pre-Requisites
Delegates must have attended the Microsoft Outlook Introduction course or be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of Outlook by undergoing an online Training Needs Analysis.
