By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

Establish effective credit control practices and procedures
Identify insolvency warning signals and take appropriate action
Overcome various excuses as to non-payment and establish criteria for dealing with them
Prepare an effective final warning letter
Have a detailed overview of Court procedures
Issue a County Court Claim form
Know how and when to claim interest on overdue accounts
Enforce court orders
Appreciate the roles of Receivers, Liquidators and Administrators
Plan cash collection targets and formulate an action programme
