Course Overview

Accommodating requests from employees for a better work/life balance can be a challenge for employers. The course explains maternity, paternity, adoption leave and pay and includes a summary of the proposals for additional paternity leave. It sets out the right to apply to work flexibly for parents of young children and employees who are carers of certain adults and explains how this relates to parental leave and time off for dependants.
