· The aim of the course is to help delegates increase their understanding on how to reduce accident rates and costly claims through adopting an effective approach to accident investigation. The course identifies the legal responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work at 1974 and The Management of Health and Safety Regulations 1999 and also looks at the reporting responsibilities under RIDDOR.
