• The case will be heard by a Mock Employment Tribunal. The Tribunal will determine the issues, based upon the evidence given by the witnesses at the hearing and the submissions of their representatives
• Delegates will have the opportunity to consider their own decision on the evidence that has been heard before the Mock Employment Judge delivers the decision of the Mock Employment Tribunal
• The Mock Employment Tribunal hearing runs for half a day.
