Within any organisation there are likely to be a number of managers who have been involved in Employment Tribunal proceedings. This is an assisted visit to watch the progress of a real tribunal case proceeding at Manchester Employment Tribunal, accompanied by one of our experienced employment lawyers. Other than the experience of having already appeared as a witness in Tribunal yourself, there is no better way of preparing for a tribunal hearing than being a fly on the wall.

Before attending the hearing, delegates will be briefed upon the steps that will have been taken to prepare the case for hearing, such as disclosure of documents and exchange of witness statements. Delegates will also have an opportunity to discuss the evidence presented and the tribunal procedure throughout the day.

Please note. Although tribunal cases are listed on a daily basis, due to the number of tribunals that settle on the day, it is impossible to guarantee the type of case listed or whether it will conclude in full on the day.
