Many organisations unintentionally plan to fail because they don't align commercial practices with organisational values and they fail to take a balanced approach to measuring their performance. By linking strategy, culture, people, process and financials with a set of balanced measures, this programme is aimed at assisting managers with their business planning and performance monitoring process. It combines the Balanced Score Card approach developed by Kaplan and Norton with other management practices.
