Assessment

  • Delegates will be assessed through the completion of a CMI set assignment, based around the modules delivered. (4 – 5000 words in total).
  • Continuous development via the use of Learning Logs.
  • The above will be undertaken in the delegates’ own time.

Progression

Successful delegates might consider the Diploma in Management or Level 7 Introductory Executive Diploma.

Who Should Attend?

New, practising or aspiring “middle” managers or those with experience but who have had no formal training. Such managers will usually have a greater span of control than first line managers, often hold budgetary responsibility but will have limits placed on their ability to take decisions. They will usually report to a more senior manager on a regular basis. Some managers at this level may be in a specialist role with few staff.
