Pre-Retirement Workshop

Not so long ago, retirement was a natural, uncomplicated and almost routine event with the near certainty for most people of a decent income from pensions and savings to enjoy a comfortable life ahead. Today it's very different. Whilst the good news is that peope are living much longer than they did 25 years ago and are much healthier in their old age, the consequences of this are not so great. With pensions in a state of crisis and the State repositioning itself from being a collective welfare provider to enabler of individual self-support, retirement is bringing with it more uncertainty and stress than ever before.

With a particular focus on financial planning options, this workshop aims to prepare employees who are approaching retirement to make the best use of their years ahead. delegates are encouraged to attend this workshop with their spouses/partners.
