The IOSH Managing Safely certificated course has been developed by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) to address management training needs in the light of developments in safety and health legislation.

UK Legal System, Health & Safety Law and Employer/Employee Duties
Accidents, Risk Assessment and Risk Control
Workplace & Work Equipment, including;
- Machinery
- Workplace transport
- Confined spaces
- Fire
Health Hazards and their Control, including:
- Hazardous substances
- Noise and vibration
- Manual handling
- Display screen equipment
Health and Safety Management - active and reactive monitoring

This course aims to provide management with tried and tested methods of applying Health and Safety principles to all aspects of their work as part of a total management strategy.

All persons with management and supervisory responsibilities for staff.
