Discrimination

Discrimination can be a tricky subject to get to grips with. If a company is found to have discriminated against an employee on the grounds of their sex, race or sexual orientation, etc, it can lead to an unlimited award of compensation.

This course draws on the practical experience of Association ER Advisers and the legal expertise of the Association’s Lawyers to deal with the basics of discrimination law.
