This half-day course covers all steps of an Employment Tribunal claim from receiving the claim form (ET1), to the doors of the Employment Tribunal.

Whether you intend to handle a Tribunal case yourself or intend to instruct one of our legal advisers, this course will assist you to understand the process and know in advance what a Tribunal will expect you to do to comply with directions and orders of the Tribunal and to prepare a case for hearing.

It is an excellent precursor to the Mock Employment Tribunal, which is being held on 26th April and 18th September 2007.
