This two day course provides a solid practical grasp of the major areas of employment law. The relevant law is presented in simple straightforward language, avoiding legal jargon. The course is structured as a practical companion to the EEF Employment Guide and will also provide the opportunity for delegates to check that their own procedures comply with legal requirements and hopefully avoid potentially costly claims at Employment Tribunals.
