Grievance Handling

The Employment Act 2002 contains Statutory Grievance Procedures.  Failure to follow the Statutory Grievance procedures can lead to an adjustment in the compensation awarded by a tribunal.  This practical course will cover how to handle grievances raised by employees.  The course focuses heavily on the practical project management of a grievance from its beginning to its conclusion.
