Objectives

By the end of the programme participants will be able to:

Demonstrate the ability to accurately complete the new documentation

•

Communicate effectively between staff and H/R, ensuring that all issues are raised and handled in the fastest possible time

•

Describe the role of the manager and the H/R department in handling grievances and absenteeism

•

Complete a case study which will demonstrate understanding of the new policies and procedures in relation to case law
