Conference guest information

Information on bedrooms, meals, check-in and departure times and car parking facilities

Bedrooms - 21 en suite bedrooms are equipped with bath, shower, direct dial telephone, clock radio alarm, remote control colour TV, tea/coffee tray, hairdryer, data point and bathroom toiletries. A further bedroom is DDA compliant, including a wet room for easy access. An iron and ironing board are available on request.

Breakfast - For a positive start to the day a full English or Continental breakfast is served punctually to our resident guests from a self-select hot counter.

Lunch - Each day conference delegates can choose from either a hot or cold two-course lunch menu, which includes a hot vegetarian option. If you prefer a working lunch or informal refreshments, a finger buffet can be delivered to our conference rooms. Soft drinks are provided with lunch.

Dinner - Choose from a tempting three course table d'hôte menu served at your table. A selection of wines and beer is available. Alternatively, in the summer, a barbecue might create the ideal ambience to round off a busy day.

We will make every effort to accommodate special dietary needs, subject to prior notification.

Arrivals - Guests arriving between 8.15am and 5.30pm should register at the main reception. After 5.30pm and at weekends, guests should report directly to Barley Lodge.

Car Parking - Ample free car parking is provided on site.

Accounts - Personal accounts for telephone calls, bar drinks, etc, should be settled at reception prior to departure unless otherwise agreed. We accept ACCESS, VISA and Delta credit cards.

Licensed Bar - The licensed bar in Barley Lodge can be opened to suit your requirements with last orders at 11.00pm.
