EEF Occupational Health Service National Clinics

Summary

EEF Occupational Health will be running clinics for member companies at EEF locations across the country and throughout the year.

The clinics are staffed by OH professionals, who can deliver a complete range of services, including statutory health surveillance, health screening, medicals and absence management assessments and referrals.

Individual tests include audiometry (hearing tests), HAVS (hand/arm vibration), spirometry (lung function), skin health surveillance and bio-monitoring, e.g. lead, chrome, isocyanates.

We also offer executive health assessments and other specialist medicals, like fork-lift truck drivers, working at height, confined space and travel medicals. We manage sickness absence medical referrals, return to work assessments, adjustments under the Equality Act, physiotherapy and employee rehabilitation programmes. See our website www.eefohs.co.uk for a complete list.

EEF Occupational Health focuses almost exclusively on the manufacturing, distribution, engineering and technology sectors, and has been delivering its services for over 25 years.

There is a free national helpline for EEF members. A duty OH clinician is on hand to give advice and guidance on all occupational health matters on 0844 800 9264
