Summary

With the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 now before Parliament, employers are faced with the prospect of providing equal treatment for agency workers after 12 weeks. In this member briefing on employment law, we’ll be looking at the impact on your business, as many employers will need to rethink the way they use agency workers in the future.

We’ll also be looking at what’s on the horizon for employers this year: the new ‘fit note’, time off for training, and the Equality Bill.
