The following points summarise what you should do to review your environmental training requirements:

• Review your environmental aspects and impacts and assess significance.
• Relate significant aspects and impacts to the actual and required levels of expertise in your organisation.
• Conduct a training needs analysis on the activities which you have identified as environmentally significant.
• Plan your training programme – target your efforts.
• Carry out training.
• Record attendance and feedback (then return to the second point above).
