What to do
The following points summarise what you should do to review your environmental training requirements:
- Review your environmental aspects and impacts and assess significance.
- Relate significant aspects and impacts to the actual and required levels of expertise in your organisation.
- Conduct a training needs analysis on the activities which you have identified as environmentally significant.
- Plan your training programme – target your efforts.
- Carry out training.
- Record attendance and feedback (then return to the second point above).
