Finding EEF Northern Ireland

 

When travelling from Belfast City Centre/Westlink/M2

  • Follow signs for the George Best Belfast City Airport
  • Go along the A2 (Sydenham By-pass) past the George Best Belfast City Airport, in the general direction of Holywood / Bangor. Turn off at the first offslip on the left (signposted Holywood Exchange/Belfast Harbour Estate) just after the Tillysburn Junction (this is the first major intersection after the airport).

When travelling from M1

  • Either continue along Westlink and follow directions above, or exit at Junction 6 and and take the B23 signposted Belfast.
  • At the lights turn right onto the B205 to Belfast. Travel the length of the B205, then take the Outer ring (A55) towards Newtownards/City Airport/Bangor.
  • Follow signs for Belfast/Outer ring (A55) and for the Belfast City Airport until the junction with the Holywood Road (You will cross numerous intersections and finally a roundabout to get to this point).
  • At the lights at the junction of the A55 and the Holywood Road turn right and proceed to the Tillysburn Junction. Keep right following the signs for Holywood/Bangor (A2). At the Tillysburn Junction turn right onto the A2 heading for Holywood/Bangor.
  • Go along the A2 and turn off at the first off-slip on the left (signposted Holywood Exchange/Belfast Harbour Estate).

The Belfast Harbour Estate

  • At the end of the A55 off-slip follow the road round to the left (avoiding the slip round mini-roundabout).
  • At the next mini-roundabout turn right onto Airport Road West (the IKEA entrance is located on the left).
  • Continue straight ahead (through a mini-roundabout) past Sainsbury’s and B&Q (on the right hand side) and follow the road round past the security hut (to enter the Harbour Estate) and then proceed past Clare House (DFP) on the left.
  • Immediately take the first road on the left - Heron Road (located almost opposite the red post boxes on right hand side)
  • Continue straight ahead and veer around the right hand bend. Take the first right turn after the bend (into the complex of white office buildings.
  • Take the third left. EEF is the second building on the left and is clearly identified.
