Do you understand part-timers’ entitlement to paid leave on bank holidays?

Find out how good your understanding of paid leave is by comparing yourself against one of our own lawyers. How will you rate?

Earlier this year, we reported a case which dealt with the question of whether part-time employees who do not work on Mondays are entitled to a pro-rata apportionment of extra time off in respect of Monday bank holidays.

Members can now test their knowledge and understanding of this area of law following the recent case of McMenemy v Capita Business Services. Read the article written by one of EEF’s lawyers, Vanessa Nicholls, for the manufacturing journal ‘Works Management’ and then go through the Q&A format which you can use to rate yourself with.
