Associate consultants

We are seeking to add to our team of self-employed professional HR / ER Associate Consultants.

Ideal candidates will have:-

Employee Relations

• an excellent knowledge of current UK Employment legislation and best practice;
• a proven track record of success within a strongly unionised working environment;
• relevant experience of intricate HR / Employee Relations at both a strategic and operational level;
• experience of dealing with management at all levels

Human Resources

• proven track record as commercial HR practitioner;
• ability to liaise, diagnose and propose effective solutions for client needs;
• excellent project management and interpersonal/communication skills;
• good working knowledge of employment Law and ER practices;
• experience of delivering training.
