The EEF Directors’ Pay Benchmark Survey is a new addition to the pay benchmark series and includes high quality pay and benefits data.
319 companies responded to the survey, covering salary data for 1,009 directors in the industry.
The analysis of jobs is conducted by:
- Geographical region
- Numbers employed
- Industrial sector
- Company turnover (£m)
Members who participated in the survey can get access to the full electronic results for free, by calling the Information Line on 0845 250 1333. They also have the option to purchase the hard copy for a small administrative fee of £50.
Non participant members can purchase this report at member rates:
- £300 for the electronic version
- £325 for the hard copy (+ p&p)
