Today the Home Secretary and Minister for Women and Equalities, Theresa May, formally launched the Government’s new framework for voluntary equality reporting. The launch, hosted by law firm Eversheds, and supported by the CBI, Tesco and BT, marks the commencement of the “Think, Act, Report” initiative, aimed at improving gender pay transparency by employers voluntarily reporting pay and other workforce data.
