Assertiveness Skills

Assertiveness is a learnt behaviour that many people do not find easy. This assertiveness training is designed to help build confidence by showing delegates how to employ assertive rather than passive or aggressive behaviour.

Our highly interactive workshop provides the opportunity to learn and practise assertive skills and techniques that really work in challenging situations.
