Discipline and Grievance toolkit: EEF seminar

The Discipline and Grievance Toolkit seminar will cover the practical aspects on how to tackle discipline and grievance issues using the new EEF toolkit.

The toolkit supports good practice on handling discipline, misconduct dismissals, poor performance and grievances, with particular reference to the statutory ACAS Code of Practice on discipline and grievance that tribunals must take into account when judging a case.
