  • feel more confident to be able to undertake their role
  • be able to apply their learning back in the workplace

Course structure

This nationally recognised award is designed primarily as development for first line management. It is delivered by experienced tutors who have themselves held management positions. Training is practical, participative and linked back to the workplace. Tutors explore the knowledge, skills and attitudes which are required for effective first line management and delegates undertake assessments to ensure that learning is transferred back into the workplace.
