Train the Trainer

Train the Trainer is designed for individuals who need to design and deliver workplace training sessions. The programme is informal and highly participative with active discussion, exchange of ideas, exercises, group work and practice sessions. Delegates will be able to practise their skills in a safe environment with the benefit of professional feedback and coaching.

The course is restricted to eight delegates.

This training for trainers will be useful for managers, department heads, supervisors, team leaders, trainers and others who are responsible for delivering theoretical information to groups of people through interactive training sessions.
