The EEF Graduate Programme

Specifically designed for organisations who take on small numbers of graduates, this modular graduate programme covers the fundamentals required to move smoothly from university life to the work environment.

The mix of interpersonal and leadership skills discussed, together with the more technical aspects of work life such as business writing, means that delegates will quickly contribute more to their team and company.

The maximum group size will be limited, as will the number of participants from any one organisation, so a good mix of companies will be represented. Delegates will benefit from talking to graduates from other companies, offering a great opportunity to find out how other organisations work.

The EEF Graduate Programme has been registered with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and therefore its quality is assured.

The programme is available on an in-house basis and can be customised for your organisation.

Who should attend the EEF Graduate Programme course?

The programme is particularly valuable to newly appointed graduates.
